Experience
Paula is part of rēgula’s public law practice, where she advises private entities and public administrations on a wide range of administrative law matters. Her practice includes both advisory work and representation in proceedings before administrative bodies and the administrative courts.
She regularly works on matters relating to public sector procurement, compulsory expropriation, state liability, sanctioning proceedings, subsidies, and public assets. She also advises on cases involving regulated sectors such as energy, agri-food, transport, and waste management.
Before joining rēgula, Paula worked in the public law team of one of Spain’s leading law firms.
Education
Law degree from Universidad CEU San Pablo, where she received the Extraordinary Award for Academic Excellence. She also completed the Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
