Experience
Inés is primarily dedicated to the private enforcement of Competition Law, advising clients in some of the most significant damages litigation arising from anti-competitive conduct currently underway before the Spanish courts. She has experience representing both defendants and claimants, working with a versatile and flexible, client-oriented approach. Given her specialization, she also advises on economic issues related to proceedings -particularly on damage quantification- through econometric expert reports.
Inés is also responsible for the firm’s pro bono projects, providing legal assistance to associations, NGOs and other entities on matters mainly related to European and international law.
Before joining rēgula, Inés worked in the Competition Law team of one of the country’s leading law firms, as well as in the legal department of a major European bank.
Education
Law and Economics degree and Master’s in European Union Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. In addition, Inés pursued economic studies at the Faculty of Economics of Université Capitole I in Toulouse.
