Experience
Noelia supports the firm’s teams and has recently been involved in matters in the fields of competition law (both public and private enforcement) and sectoral regulation. She is also engaged in emerging cases concerning representative actions. Her work extends beyond the legal dimension to include the economic aspects of cases, coordinating and supervising economic, econometric, and financial expert reports.
Before joining rēgula, Noelia completed an internship with the competition law team of one of Spain’s leading law firms. She also undertook a training placement in the forensic consulting and litigation department of a major international consultancy firm.
Education
Law degree from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She has also pursued studies in Economics and Humanities at the same university, as well as legal and economic studies at the University of Warsaw. More recently, she completed the Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja and obtained the Specialist Diploma in European and Spanish Competition Law from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
