Following the recent participation of our partner, Javier Pérez, in a specialised forum, we share his presentation, which brings together the Spanish Supreme Court’s most recent rulings on key issues arising in the Envelope Cartel litigation.
These judgments address several matters of broader European relevance, including limitation periods, presumptions of harm, judicial estimation of overcharges, the treatment of interest and pass-on in damages actions.
