We are specialists in the regulation of the food chain, our team having been directly involved in its drafting (the bill that led to Law 12/2013 and its successive reforms).
In particular, we have experience advising our clients in relation to sanctioning proceedings brought by the authority in charge of ensuring compliance with Law 12/2013 (AICA). We are also experts in the sector-specific regulation applicable to private contracts in the agri-food sector.
