Zoilo focuses on public law, in particular the regulation of certain sectors of economic activity, such as the circular economy and the agri-food sector. He is also regularly involved in public procurement and sanctioning procedures, as well as in environmental law matters and judicial review proceedings. Before joining rēgula, Zoilo was part of the competition and public law teams of one of the country's leading law firms.
Academic background
A graduate in Law from the University of Extremadura, Zoilo completed postgraduate studies in judicial review proceedings (Escuela de Práctica Jurídica of the Complutense University, Madrid) as well as in competition law and foreign trade (Carlos III University, Madrid).
