Experience
Inés focuses mainly on the private enforcement of competition law. She advises clients in some of the most important damages actions for anti-competitive conduct currently before the Spanish courts. She has experience acting for both defendants and claimants. She also advises on economic issues raised in competition proceedings, especially on the quantum of damages, often through econometric expert reports. Before joining rēgula, Inés worked in the competition law team of one of the country's leading law firms, as well as in the legal department of a major European bank.
Academic background
A graduate in Law and Economics with a Master’s in European Union Law from the Carlos III University, Madrid, Inés also studied economics at the Faculty of Economics of the Capitole I University, Toulouse.
