Circular economy
The circular economy is a sector subject to a particularly complex and continuously evolving regulatory framework.
We provide advice on an ongoing basis on the regulation of the management of all types of waste, including municipal, commercial, industrial, electrical and electronic, and radioactive waste.
In particular, we are experts in the regulation of the healthcare waste and the challenges that this regulation (which is incomplete, heterogeneous, sometimes outdated) poses for operators in the sector. We have participated in the setting up of extended producer responsability systems. We advise the members of these systems and also the managers of the waste produced by them in their relations with each other and with the system itself.
