We provide ongoing advice to our clients with respect to sanctioning, surveillance, merger control and state aid proceedings before the Spanish and EU competition authorities.

We advise our clients in relation to the judicial review of competition authorities’ decisions, both before the Spanish judicial review courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. We have appeared in cases at all the different levels of the court system.

Our team has been directly involved in dozens of cases before competition authorities and courts, including many of the most significant investigations carried out by the Spanish competition authorities over the last three decades.

We specialise in defending companies and their managers against investigations into alleged anti-competitive conduct, but also in helping them to report such conduct and to cooperate with the competition authorities in their investigations.
