Experience

Pedro is mainly involved in the private enforcement of competition law. He advises clients in some of the most important damages actions for anti-competitive conduct currently before the Spanish courts. He has experience acting for both defendants and claimants. He also advises clients in judicial review actions related to decisions of the competition authorities, as well as in civil cases concerning unfair competition and trade secrets. Pedro is a former stagiaire at the Court of Justice of the European Union. Before joining rēgula, he worked in the competition law team of one of the country's leading law firms.

Academic background

A graduate in Law and with a Master’s in European Union Law from Carlos III University, Madrid, Pedro also completed postgraduate studies in European and Spanish competition law (Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles).
