Experience
Javier focuses primarily on litigation arising from competition law infringements, having advised dozens of clients in such cases in courts throughout Spain. Javier has represented both claimants and defendants in some of the most important cases in this field in Spain in the last decade. He was selected by the newspaper Expansión as one of the ten most important young lawyers in the country in 2021. He is also an associate professor at the Carlos III University, Madrid, where he coaches teams of students who participate in some of the most prestigious moot court competitions in the world. Before founding rēgula, Javier was of counsel in the competition law team of one of the country's leading law firms.

Graduate in Law and Business Administration and Management and Master's Degree in European Union Law from the Carlos III University, Madrid.
